Yes, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, individual climate control and complimentary toiletries, so you can enjoy the comfort of home with the services of modern accommodation.

Yes, there are different types of apartments.

• At SM Apartments Station we offer Junior Apartments (up to 4 people) and Double Apartments (up to 6 people).
• At SM Apartments Plateria we have Lofts for 1 or 2 people, perfect for individual or couple stays.

Yes. SM Apartments offers a simple and secure automated check-in system. Before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to access the apartment without waiting, at any time of day.

Yes. Cleaning is done before each guest's arrival. For longer stays, additional cleaning service can be requested at an extra cost.

Both buildings are located in central areas with nearby public and private parking. In the case of SM Apartments Station, there are parking options next to the train station.

No, at the moment pets are not allowed in the apartments, in order to guarantee the comfort and hygiene of all our guests.
