Booking conditions
Cancellation policies:
- Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- Non-refundable rate: no cancellations or modifications allowed.
Payment and deposit policy :
Prepayment.
A damage deposit of €20 will be required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
